Ana Sanchez, originally from Spain, discovered her passion for movement through her background in dance, which brought her to New York City. Over time, she developed a deep understanding of the connection between body and mind, leading her to Pilates as a way to nurture both physical and mental well-being.
Certified in Pilates and trained in all apparatus, Ana's classes are designed to flow seamlessly from one movement to the next. She emphasizes precision, breath control, and core stability, all while encouraging people to connect deeply with their bodies and observe how they respond movement.
Ana's teaching approach is charachterized by her use of vivid imagery to help students understand and execute movements with clarity. Her goal is to create a supportive, mindful space where each person can progess at their own pace, gaining confidence, strength, and greater sense of well being.

Ana is the best! I look forward to her class every week. She is a very clear instructor, always ensuring the whole class is taken care of. She is super creative and keeps the classes exciting, and builds in nice moments of gratitude. Classes are always challenging, but, never too difficult where I feel intimidated!
